Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in from 1:00 PM is complimentary for direct bookings, subject to availability. Late check-out until 2:00 PM can be arranged for a nominal fee.
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before arrival. Cancellations within 48 hours are charged one night's stay. No-shows are charged the full reservation amount. During peak season (June–August), a 7-day cancellation window applies.
Yes — we welcome dogs under 25 lbs in our Garden Villa rooms. A $50 per stay pet fee applies, which includes a welcome treat, a bed, and water bowls. Please notify us at booking so we can prepare the room.
We provide private transfers from LAX in our fleet of electric vehicles. The transfer takes approximately 45 minutes and can be arranged at booking. Round-trip transfers are $180 per vehicle (up to 4 guests).
Breakfast at The Terrace is complimentary for all direct bookings. It's served daily from 7:00 AM to 10:30 AM and features farm-to-table eggs, house-baked pastries, seasonal fruit, and fresh-pressed juices.
Yes. We offer fully accessible Ocean Suite rooms with roll-in showers, lowered amenities, and wide doorways. Our public areas, pool, and restaurants are all wheelchair accessible. Please let us know your needs at booking.
Malibu is beautiful year-round. Summer (June–August) offers the warmest weather and busiest season. Spring (March–May) and fall (September–November) provide mild temperatures, fewer crowds, and the best value. Winter brings dramatic surf and whale watching.
